Rates
Tutors are available from primary, through GCSE to A/AS Level.
New Rates from Autumn 2007 are as follows:-
- Primary Level/11+ £20.00 per hour
- GCSE Tuition £25.00 per hour
- A/AS Level £30.00 per hour
- Small group tuition (max 6 students) £16.00 per hour (available in Broadstairs at Hablemos Language School, Queens Road).
Travelling charge minimum £3.00 (if the tutor visits your home). The actual charge depends on the distance travelled by the tutor. £3.00 covers a 3 mile radius from the tutor's house, after that add 50p per mile.
The travelling charge is a one-off charge per visit, not per hour, so is incurred once only for each home visit by the tutor.
You pay these fees direct to the tutor, who sends us an Agency fee. You do not pay the Agency any further fees.
Alternatively, you can book blocks of lessons using the credit card payment option below. In this case, we pay the tutor.

Please ignore any reference to Postage Packing and Tax on the payment screen. These are not relevant and will not be added.

*the transaction fee is due to charges we receive when customers use the credit card payment option. We absorb some of these charges - the £3/6 fee is still less than the fee we are charged on these transactions.
Please note that payments for block bookings are for a month, or fourteen weeks in the case of the Saturday school and no refunds will be given if your child is unable to take a lesson.
