MGA Tutors has been tutoring young people since 1992. All our private tutors are fully qualified and are either teachers or have tutoring experience. All are carefully vetted by us, CRB checked and references sought before we provide them to you. There are no agency fees to pay, other than the normal hourly tuition fees, which will be given when you enquire. We specialise in Science, Maths and English, including Chemistry, Physics and Biology separate sciences, but tutors are available in other subject areas too.

We cover the Kent area, including Margate, Cliftonville, Kingsgate, Westgate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Birchington, Herne Bay and Sturry and Canterbury areas. We now also tutor in the Maidstone area and can accept students from Invicta and Maidstone Grammar Schools plus other schools in the area.

Tutors are available from primary, common entrance, KS2 and KS3, through GCSE to AS/A2 Level. We cover some aspects of Degree level, too. Please enquire for details.

Basic Skills (i.e. elementary Maths, English and Reading).

We also cover Mathematics (Maths or Numeracy) for Nursing and for Pharmacy Students studying for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Exams.

Both Nurses and Pharmacy Students can find the Maths and Numeracy elements of drug dosage and dilution calculations daunting! This aspect is covered by Professor Michael Grantham, a Chartered Chemist and Maths Tutor.

We serve the whole East Kent area, including Margate, Westgate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Birchington, Herne Bay, Canterbury, Maidstone and surrounding areas of Kent.
